NTSE: National Talent Search Examination

About-

NTSE is a national level examination conducted by NCERT. This examination aims to reward deserving students in class 10th with scholarships. It comprises of two stages and scholarship is rewarded to the students based on their overall performances in both stages of the examination.

Analyze the syllabus-

The first thing you have to do is analyse your syllabus and mark all the essential topics. Then, you will get a complete insight into what all the NTSE will ask you in the examination.

Need to ace your basics-

If you want to clear this Olympiad, remember to ace your basics. Then, it will help you to solve any advanced level questions without much difficulty.

Focus on NCERT-

It will help you to brush up on your basics. Solve all the problems of NCERT. Try to derive proofs of your own. It will help you to approach different questions with some ease.

Solve previous year papers-

Previous year papers are crucial to success in this exam. By solving them, you can identify your strengths and weaknesses and can work on them.

Time management-

Monitor your time while solving previous year papers or mock tests to help you know how to manage your time and finish your time before the time runs out.

Revise-

Revision is critical as it helps you retain all the important topics/concepts from where the NTSE is expected to ask you questions. Therefore, revise all the crucial topics thoroughly.
